ok here is what I need to know I live in oregon and my bf decided he wants to start skateboarding so I want to get him everything he needs for christmas but I have no idea what type of board to get him and what does he need and this is a serious question please help me

hey! you are the best girlfriend ever! rock on! anyways, get him a blank deck, lyk mebbe cbs or ground zeros. (blank as in nothing but color). otherwise, go to ur nearest shop and ask the dude in there about good boards. there always helpful.
ps: whole boards cost a little less than $100. be ready for that.

get him a light board. Go to a skate shop and ask for a light wieght board. they are easiest to do tricks on and such. If you just get the deck u also need to get trucks and wheels.
