Lmao. I'm not even smoking weed, just up late, but anyway.
I was kind of wondering about the effect on global warming and the savings we might have if we did not have to use as much technology for awhile. I think I'd rather walk somewhere warm than pay for heat this winter, or maybe that's every winter.
Do you think humans would all be able to live there sustainably? In my last class, I learned that everyone could fit in Texas with an acre of their own, however this was said in an article that argued that the overpopulation is not a problem.

Many things would happen

First of all, as they walked toward the equator, which would take several month's, or years dependent upon distance, they would observe a warmer climate.

Secondly they would all receive great exercise.

Thirdly those whom are completely out of physical shape would either expire on there journey, or not be capable of completing it at all.

Fourthly Not much at all would change with respect to our planet, except that there would be no further carbon dioxide emissions from automobiles, and factory's, however with respect to the size of our planet these emissions are extremely small anyway, less then 1% in total.

Why do you ask this question, is there something particular which you are wondering? please elaborate, and I will be happy to give added details.

Does a sphere of mass M have the same moment of inertia as that of a disc of the same diameter and same mass M? If they have the same moment of inertia , then nothing will happen to earth . Only , like the other answers suggest the equator will get a bit hotter and crowded.

There would be a hell of a lot of hot and sweaty people out there!! There would probably be some pushing and shoving to get to the front row...and maybe some fights as a result.

it is hugely imparactical.
nothing would happen to the earth if that is what you mean.
if every one were to fit into texas they would get approximately 1/22000 square miles. i don't know much imperial but it would be about 9 square inches.
why not use green power it is infinetly more practical.
