my husband is aged 38. we have been trying for 7 months and no luck so far. he smokes 2 cigars daily. no other bad habits.how can we increase the mobility of his sperms and sperm count also without the help of medicines. he has piles problems. does that have any effect on the sperms.

It shouldn't have any effect on the sperm. Try not having sex too often. Start having sex about 10 days after the first day of your period and then only have sex every other day until about 16 days after the first day of your last period. Having sex too often can lower the man's sperm count. If after 2 years you still are not pregnant have him tested. If that comes back fine then you need to be tested.

Do not wear tight pants or tidy whites. Wear loose fitting pants and boxer shorts. 7 months is not that long. Getting pregnant can take up to a year. Celery sticks also helps. The piles problem may be a problem because it causes stress. Stress is no good when you are try to get pregnant.

I think the term you are trying to use is MOTILITY. A good sperm motility is when a sperms forward progression is good. A bad sperm motility is when it just swims in circles. Get educated sweetheart.
