I think you should ask 'how does early marriage affect the behaviours of the couple themselves' - people change and that is an essay topic in itself!

My mother was 35 and my dad 40 when they adopted me. I had a very stable environment. My parents didn't go out much and my mother stayed home and didn't work. We were financially stable as well. I had my daughter when I was 19. My husband and I were not stable emotionally or financially. I think that makes a child insecure. I am not saying that this is the case for every child born to young parents. But I do believe that younger parents may be inclined to go out more, have to have both parents work which leaves the child alone with sitters or in day care. That can breed all manner of behavioral traits in children, depending on the child's personality. Such as making them either passive or aggressive, introverted or extroverted, ect.

Okay my parents were very young. They had the energy the drive and the need to make life better for us as a family. As we became teenagers they were young too so we were partying together but still under their supervision. They were careful for us not to be young parents. We are still close in interests like music and outings. All my aunts and uncles were young parents too so we didn't feel different.
I was very shy at primary school because my mum was scared to come because of what the other mothers would say. I guess she passed that fear on.
As a teen I felt confident that she understood us so that was comforting.
For the most parts we were the same as every other kid. I think my parents were more worried about being young than we were.
