Which one you choose, jazz or rock? Why do you like it better?

I used to listen to a lot of heavy metal but recently the new bands are killing the music of rock. So I would have to said that jazz is better because it makes you feel sexy, relax and very instrumental.
I realized that I have been listening to jazz over a month now as well as big bands, easy listening and soul. I guess I never listen to any other music expect rock because I was into it a lot and now its boring me with newer bands.

I would go with rock since Jazz can make me tired especially when I'm working out at the gym. I have to have the alternative rock on since I do not like the heavy metal. Classic Rock is awesome. I would have to go with rock music since it's upbeat and helps me to increase both the time and pace of my workout. Also when I'm feeling depressed if I turn on some uplifting alternative rock music like Nickleback I will be good to go by the end of the song. Rock on baby!!!

definetly jazz. well i like progressive rock but that is also jazz influenced. well anything that is jazz influenced is good. why? coz jazz is a very creative style. you wont get boring repetitive progression like you'd get from today's pop music. and you can also really hear and appreciate the virtuosity of the musicians. jazz is unpredictable... and more thoughtful

Rock, cos rock is more innovative. You can't compare two rock bands and say which one is better but you certainly can do that for jazz bands.

Rock , I feel jazz ia a little more classy (boring...maybe its the songs I've heard) .....rock music can be enjoyed by anyone.

Jazz is changable and innovative. Rock is getting kind of stale.
