Do you like it with a thin crust? or do you like pan style pizza?

I like making the Chicago Deep Dish Pizza. So I will get a Pie Crust and then fill it with spinach,tomatoes,any type of cheese,zuccini and other good vegetables. Then I will add some good tomato sauce and olives. This deep dish pizza will have you screaming for more. You could eat it for breakfast lunch and dinner lol.

Let's start with a thin crust and the pizza should be cooked on a stone with corn meal. Of course sauce and lots of cheese (mozzarella and Cheddar, sometimes American) sausage (pork and or Italian), peperoni, ham and pineapple are OK, white onions( has nothing to do with race) once in awhile shrimp is good. And did I say cheese? Black olives work but.... hold the peppers and anchovies. Once in awhile button mushrooms too.

I like thin crust personally. Some toppings I like to use are: caramelized onions, spinach, garlic, fried rock shrimp, artichoke hearts, various types of sausage, get creative. For cheese, I usually do bufala mozzarella with goat cheese on top of that. Great, now I'm hungry, look what you did.

I like my NY pizza, but if I have thin crust I like artichoke hearts on top.

For me I like Deep Dish, and Pepperoni and Jalapeno's or the Mariachi Chicken Pizza from Donato's is freakin fantastic

Usually I go for the regular crust . I like it all dressed with extra sauce, + onions, bacon, sausage.A bit more expensive yet so much better. Hummmm. Now I wanna eat one! lol
