If she is not bothered by him, i do not understand why you are giving it so much thought. however, you could simply talk to him in a calm manner and tell him to leave your girlfriend alone, she is not intrestred in him and does not appreciate him following her around. Good luck and God bles

I've been in a similar situation with a girl that liked myself. Let's just say that Kayla rearranged the stalker's face.
Anyway, I would tell her at first that the stalkerish dude is bothering you and see what she thinks about it, and then confront him, and if he starts to give you lip give him what's coming to him.

Just be a man and go up to him like a man and tell him what you do not like. Tell him nothing to offend or start trouble and see if this will solve the issue.
