Has anyone ever had off the wall numbers left on their caller id that can not be called back?
Where do these calls come from?

Yes, I have had many. This simply means that the caller has a private number and doesnt wish for us to know it. I have found these numbers are usually of a business nature.

When I Google searched 111-111-1109 I got this
According to Engineering and Operations in the Bell System, 000-199 are system codes. A system code is defined as "A 3-digit code of the form 0/1XX available to operators or automatically associated with certian toll calls to modify routing or call-handling logic."

And I also got it as a fax number for Web Sites for TPAs - Sample Contact Us Page and Benefit Insights, Inc. - Starter Web Demo 1 & 2 Or it could be call from Iran, their country code is 111 LOL
