There really is no answer to this question because Beauty is really in the eye of the beholder!. I have seen beautiful women from many different countries. Many say that women from Venezuela are the most beautiful but in reality it depends on who is doing the judging and what their personal preference is.
Western society tries to push the "European" standard of beauty but to truly appreciate beauty I say you have to look at each person individually and go from there.

I think that beautiful women lives everywhere! I like women from serbia are very sexy, they are very temparament and open... Russian women are cold.

I think on average Russian girls are very pretty. It is a tough job to find a girl in her early 20's in St.Petersburg who is ugly.
The least pretty girls are from South Africa and Marocco.

I think all latin american women are gorgeous and perfect, I would say what country but I see them mostly in Miami.
