ive got a interview next tuesday and im really nervous and think ill be shy when im there. its for a retail position so i need to show i have confidence, but im so nervous!!!!!!!!
how can i get "more" or boost my confidence by then?

it is common thing among the people that they feel shy or scare when they are called for an interview. First they wish to be called for an interview and they shy to face the inteviewee.
I would suggest you think it a normal event and be prepare your self how you will inform them about yourself, qualifications, skills and experience and what you will benefit to their firm if you have been selected. Take it serious in the sense of professionalism not in sense of pressure.
Dress up yourself in professional way like suit etc and excercise your interpersonal skills throughout the interview process. God bless you.

a person is confident when he|she is natural, dont fake . . . . . . . . . .
An offer in hand also depends on how well u justify the content on ur resume.

First be aware of what the company is dealin with!!!! learn your basics well!!! nnnn stand in front of the mirror.. think your in front of the panel of interviewers and pose questions to yourself!!! answer them. be confident!!!!you ll do it.
