According to George Lucas, there are actually 9 installments in the saga but only 6 have been filmed. He also says that he will not make the other 3 films or allow anyone else to do them.

as of right now there are 6
New Hope
Empire Strikes Back
Return of the Jedi
Phantom Menace
Attack of the Clones
Revenge of the Sith
if they ever do 7-9 (though probably wont) it should be
Heir to the empire
the Katana Fleet
The Last Command
and there is a rumor Lucas is considering a trumendous prequel about the true sith wars.
