The system has gone rotten, now a days.
DAL MEIN KALA HO, TO KALE KO NIKAL SAKTE HAIN.
LEKIN AGAR DAL HI KALI HO TO ?
If you don't give bribe, it becomes veri mich difficult to get the job done. The personnel will delay like any thing & also harrass you, by callng no. of times, which ultimately becomes costly.
FILE KO BHI PAHIYE HO TO JALDI CHALTA HAI

It is possible not to give or receive bribes. If you are able to do this , then you are a NOBLE MAN. It takes great character to resist this temptation of getting rich in a quick illegal way. Be one among the few who have nothing to do with bribes and be a real man.
