I think Rutgers wins it, and that program is certainly beginning to turn things around!!! It's strange as to why Rutgers hasn't been a more powerful program, considering all the high school talent the state of New Jersey produces!!!
The Big East is a BETTER conference than the atlantic coastal conference!!!!!!!!
One could EVEN make the legitimate argument that the Big East is BETTER than the southeastern conference, as WVU has consistently BEATEN the southeastern chumps in Bowl games!!!

Neither one of these teams are that good...they play in a horrible conference and neither team has beaten anyone worth mentioning...BUT i say....
