No. And it's "North Korea", not just Korea.

Technically Korean War wasn't resolved and truth line was drawn. So technically S and N koreans have been war since all battles stoped.

But the US isn't at war with N Korea. N Korea keep saying they'll take UN sanction as declaration of war. Chinese delegation just visited N Korea and told them to knock it off and N Korea leaders reportedly said they were sorried about nuclear test. Condy Rice is going around in Asia to make sure UN sanctions will be enforced.

There are two Koreas... North and South. The south are the friendly makers of electronic goods and Hyundais, the North is a closed republic lead by an eccentric dictator. The answer to your question is 'NO' to both Koreas. However I feel that If George Bush and his croonies had their way, I am sure America would be at war with N. Korea and other 'rogue' nations as well....believe it he IS a war monger.

i assumed what you mean is that if america is at war with nokor (north korea).

ideologically , i feel that united states has been at war with this isolated communist regime for quite a long time, remember when mcarthur freed the south from the gripped of the communist north, there was no peace treaty that ended it, it's just a military truce thats why the the two koreas are not in an actual war...means that united states which is an ally of the sokor, is on the same position as their counterparts, therefore i can say united states is at war with Nokor.
nokor's threat of identifying the UN/US sanctions as a declaration of war will only formalise everything...nokor will assume so, even though it's not the will of US to be at war yet, then they are now tied up with the claim of the other. therefore, the war is no longer just ideological when nokor will mobilise it millions of armies, and direct weapons of mass destruction towards US. is in it a war?

no the us was never at war with North Korea it led an UN force to defend south Korean in the 50's . things basically returned to the way they were before nth Korea attacked and peace has never been declared. The USA has many troops in south Korea in case of another north Korean invasion. unlike Russia or china , Korea is run by a nut case who is unpredictable and arguably insane

South and North are sepreated. Basically South is democratic and wealthier than the North, a communist country. They are both technically at war with each other.

We are not at war with North Korea yet but it might be soon

North Korea just wants aid and US will soon fulfill their need and the whole matter will be forgotten like it happened before, in 1995.
N.K. was accused of Nukes in the mid 90s too

And i agree that world is at war with US. The recent deployment of US armed forces on Canadian border which was known as longest unprotected border in the world is an example.

Korea split up into North and South in the 1950s. "Technically" we are still at war with N. Korea because we only had a cease fire
