Some of them are doing their duty but most of them are licking the shoes of their seniors and ministers.
the whole system is like this...a hard and honest worker is not appreciated and rather discouraged to do such work...may God and good sense prevail among these monsters who are eating our country.

Only Bureaucrats who have god father in the parliament can do better. As far doing their duty it depends on the minister in charge.

yes they r doing but in prity complex India the country of love and emotions is only regulated by buttering in some asspect it not working as better it should be

I have absolutely NO IDEA what you are asking, but will note that I have thoroughly enjoyed ALL of the Gofather movies. I think I liked #2 the best.

Yes, you are right, they are only buttering to them. If they don't do so , they will be thrown to unwanted posts and their life will be made miserable.
