Client or Customer?

When you get a Realtor or a Loan Consultant that you like to do your financing or purchase a house, would you rather them refer to you as their client or customer?

Please answer only if you have experienced buying a home or financing a mortgage, thanks in advance.

Yes I was talking about when referring to a 3rd party.

When called by your name do you prefer first or last?

I'd first of all prefer that they call me by my first name, that is if we have met. For other situations, I think client is better. Gives the impression that they are helping me... rather than customer which sounds like they are making money off of me. Both are true, but the first sits with me better.
