Juniors sizes?

What's the difference between juniors sizing and womens? I wear a 1 in juniors and a 00 in womens.

so if ur a 1 in juniors and 00 in womens
the diffrence is ONE!!!!! (1-0=0)

i don't know! I just wear juniors because it makes me fell smaller!
