Not as often as I should I suppose.
I tend to get into a cleaning-fever a couple of times a year and run around like a madwoman cleaning everything in site.
Other than that it's a minimal-maintenance program.

I clean my room around 4 times a year. And that's not exageration or joke. Yes, I'm a dirty girl.

I clean it really well about once a week. That way all I have to do is maintain it.

I don't... Im disabled and have to have someone else do it for me. I won't let them mess with my computer desk though and it's always a mess.
