Eye black at any sporting goods store, or you can go old school and find an old cork, and light it to burn the end and use the cork grease. That's what players used to do before the tubes of eye black came out.

Those marks are eye black, used for bringing down the severity of the glare of the sun or the lights.

Find some that black tar on the road and melt it in your moms saucepan, rub it under the eyes.
Shoe polish is good too.
