create stories of find stories from other papers that have not been published in theirs and rerun them. or do a followup story on something that was done previously

they never really do, because if that happened it means they have really bad writers who can't think of anything to write about and it also means that the newspaper company is going or will go bankrupt. but if in the even that it does happen, they usually just fill the papers with large ads.

Write human interest stories. An example would be an article on someone who volunteers at the animal shelter and has saved lives.

Talk about celebrities or something really trival like that. You will see that sort of thing all the time. Like they don't have anything important to say.

they would shorten there pages and talk about what is going on in the society in general restation things they have used in past
