Google has reverse look up I don't know if they can go further than that but it's worth a try.

there are several sites to use which most the average person can use to get address traces from the time they got their first piece of mail. i use many sites everyday.

are you a stocker? look in the whitepages.com if you know their name their address has to come out in the white pages.
