Ya, it took me many years to figure out not to repeat mine. But
some people go ALL THRU THEIR LIFE.....and never learn from
their lessons. Its like a personality thing, they stay the same, or
like they stop growing....I don't know...but it pisses me off! Cause
I have to watch them........I just can't get through to them......WHY?

People are alot more complicated than
what "Freud" suggests. His "penis envy"
was stupid and FALSE. I deal in FACTS,ok
I am talking about human beings,..who

constantly misplacing his glasses, and ends up sitting on them is pretty funny and

Some people would rather suffer than change. Staying the status quo is more comfortable than enduring the winds of change. Some people haven't really experienced the reward on the other end of transformation, so they stick to what they know, which means they repeat their mistakes.
Also, know that what you take offense to in others is a projection of something within you that you'd rather not face in yourself. So instead, you notice it in others. Its the mind's way of facing things that the self would rather not own up to.
So if ANYTHING pisses you off, you should investigate within yourself what it is about that thing that incites such a response from you. Do you often get upset at things like this? Is this a lesson you have failed to learn from?

I know the feeling. Some people just aren't capable of change.
Some people have emotional or mental disabilities. Learning disabilities.
Many of us are stuck in what we learned from our families. We repeat things over and over again.
I learned a great deal from Alanon. But, my learning was at the price of family dysfunction.
An important thing is to learn that we can't change other people......we can just change how we react them.
Hang in there with those who never learn......

Yes, I know someone like that. My uncle. Thank goodness his mistakes are usually small but, he never learns from them. For instance, he has a bad habit of putting his glasses on the sofa beside him. Then he will get up and come back and sit on them. Over and over again. Breaks them, has to have them fixed or get new ones. But, never learns. I still love him though.

seems to me you should have enough problems worrying about your self without worrying about others, course if you are A1 perfect, then I'll sure be glad to list mine. Hey, as long as you pick on me then I know your leaving someone else alone.

Because they are just born to live and be stupid. Sorry sugar. Its a waist of time getting pissed off about them. Don't let them in your life, they will drain you of all your energy...and that's just as dumb...

a few people can change their bad habits by realizing wat they do is wrong.othersrealize their mistakes nd do try to change them but it may not be apparent to outsiders. or it may also be the kind of ppl who cannot accept that they hav any kind of bad qualities.it may be due to several reasons like ego problems or self denial. these are the ppl who never change thruout their lives

usually its how they were raised. If they grew up one way seeing certain things and its o.k. they usually stay in that mind frame. Its hard to get them to see the wrong, cause to them its right.

Maybe you're just smarter? Who knows - they're happy! Don't let their actions effect you...sometimes there is just nothing you can do to change a person.
