I've been to Vegas seven times since 1989 and clubbing there is one of my favorite pastimes. I've been to several. These four are probably where you'd enjoy yourself most for your 21st birthday:
1 - Studio 54 at MGM
2 - Ra at Luxor
3 - Club Rio at the Rio
4 - Rumjungle at Mandalay Bay
Studio 54 is a blast and the one I recommend most highly. Club Rio is fun but unless you're staying at the Rio, you're either going to have a long walk to get there or need to take a cab as the Rio is about 3/4 mile off the strip across I-15. The Rumjungle is a lot of fun too but can get very crowded and difficult to get to the bar for drinks.
All these clubs have a dress code... polo or collared shirt for men is required and no baggy jeans. I have however, seen people allowed in with dressier jeans such as Tommy Hilfiger.
For the ladies... slacks or skirts. The doorman probably won't let you in with bellbottom hip hugger jeans.
These clubs are very popular. You can either arrive early or purchase a VIP pass to get in later in the evening. A VIP pass for Studio 54 is $30. If you arrive late and stand in the regular line, you could have a long wait.
My best piece of advice... Don't club hop. Pick one and stay there for the evening. Otherwise you spend too much of your time standing in lines to get in.

All the clubs are amazing, they have so many diffrent themes that it really depends on what you are looking for or are into!
As always less is always more in Vegas, and the more skin on show the more you'll be able to squeeze to the front of the queues/lines, and as you're a girly, well we can get in with pretty much anything...on a bad night i've gone clubbing in jeans, trainers and a vest top!
I've attached a link that will show you all the clubs in Vegas, it also has the link to get VIP passes! They are really worth it!
Have a very happy birthday and enjoy all that Vegas has to offer!

Las Vegas Vacation Tips
Las Vegas has one of the topmost vacation destinations not only in US but also all over the world. It offers a wide variety of entertainment choices for different types of visitors. It is located in the southern part of Nevada in the arid Mojave Desert. Casinos that are lining the Strip and the Fremont Street Experience in the downtown attract a lot of tourists. However Las Vegas offers a lot more.
Casinos on the Strip offer not only gambling but also other types of entertainment. There are nightly shows or outdoor extravaganzas that act as a bait to attract tourists to their slot machines and poker tables. The Bellagio is an exquisite outdoor fountain display that goes off at least once every hour. There is a fine art gallery and beautiful flower garden inside it. The Mirage has a white tiger den and dolphin habitat that you can view by paying a small fee.
The night shows of Las Vegas are famous all over the world for their dazzle and cost. Cirque de Soleil is one of the most popular ones and occurs at some hotels/casinos with each show being visually different from the others. “O,” at the Bellagio, is a water show that honors the charm of theater. “KÁ,” at the MGM Grand is a combination of acrobatics, martial arts, pyrotechnics, and puppetry and shows the nature of duality. “Mamma Mia!” at Mandalay Bay, the Blue Man Group at the Venetian, and the Tournament of Kings at Excalibur are the other popular shows.

Hello, Vegas is awesome. Hoover Dam is an amazing place to go to when you are visiting Las Vegas. I am also going to vegas for three nights but not until June 28th (thats when is gonna be way hotter). It all depends on you...you should just research Las Vegas on google and see what kind of shows there are. Expedia is a great vacation planner you should go there. Now about what you should wear. It will be hot but not that horrible. My guess is the temp is gonna be anywhere from 75-90 degrees. You should bring along shorts, short sleeved shirts, etc. You could also wear pants but if you are going to be doing alot of outdoor activities then you should just wear shorts. I hope I helped =p. -Robert

Definitely Coyote Ugly in the New York New York..but I suggest #1 you get tickets in advance...as that place gets PACKED...and that #2 you dress up but wear comfortable shoes. Trust me on this: I wore heels and My feet felt like they were literally going to fall off at the end of the night...you do A LOT of walking in Vegas..up the strip, down the strip, etc...around the hotels.
Also you might want to check out the clubs in the Palms...again very packed...and probably an expensive cover charge--but many celebs party there--so who knows, you may go celeb spotting as well.!! Also check out downtown/old vegas...so exciting and the drinks are much much stronger. I suggest you get a deuce all day pass (it's their bus that goes up and down the strip). It will save your poor feet.

I would go to the club in the Palms and to Studio 54 in MGM...definately! Coyote Ugly bar in NY NY is cool too, but there is really no place to dance but if you dance on the bar, they give you free shots all night!
Most of these clubs are dress to impress...no jeans or sneakers or even flip flops. Keep that in mind when you are packing for the trip!

Go to GreenValley Ranch in the city of Henderson. It's free to get in and you'll have as much fun compared to the clubs in Vegas w/out the long wait in line. Also, Rain, OPM, TAO (I've heard) are good places to go...
Dress codes for guys are slacks w/ collared shirts to make sure you get in...for girls can wear anything they want to!
