is it worth keeping a guy (introduced by a common friend) wnho just keeps on sending you sms messages for already 3 months and u two still havent seen or met each other yet...

No, he's wasting your time. You have already gone on about 3 months longer than I would have, 1-2 converations by messages max. He's just not that into you. Move on.

cluelessgirl, the fators to decide if he is serious or shy are:
is he financiall y well off to come see you if he was able to-assuming you stay far apart.
is he the shy type.
do you reply his sms? what do you say to each other?
those are your parameters.
mayb add this: do u know his background history? any prev girls? mayb some snoopin thru "a common friend" would do.

no, if he really has interest in u, by now, he will probably show up and introduce himself personally. unless, he has some major issues to work too... like disabilities etc.
it may depends, tho... where is he, are guys from different locations? there are factors but basically, he would have showed up already being eager to know u better personally.

You can get to know people pretty well via instant messenger.......spend time actually talking to him and then if you hit it off you can meet for coffee or something.......thats what I do.
