ok new news on on Foley hooray. not only is he a pedophile he is a cathiloc who was molested by a pedophile priest when he was young in saunas naked with said priest. This makes me think that he is just another lameexcuse for a human (being conservitave and all anyway). but sex scandel happens all the time and what do we do about it. we mention it and then stop. but Foley just keeps getting dirt pulled up on him about his sex life. I think he should just be withdrawn from anything political then people wont care who he is anymore. but i know people are gonna blame his sexual convo with a young boy on a psych disability of repressed guilt about his priest thing when he was young. does anyone realy care any more?

This also proves that cathilocs and republicans are all dumb peodophiles.

careful, we are not ALL that way, however a discustingly and overwealmingl majority seem to be huh?

I think Foley should withdraw from any political office like you said that way we don't have to hear about his repulsive dumb a s s.

Regarding the Roman Catholic Church, it seems to me that their foolish pride in not letting their priests marry out of that scary word Tradition, has literally encouraged this pedophile behavior. Morever, when the Bishop of a Dioces finds out that a priest has been messing with the altar boy, the bishop simply moves him to another parish. This is f u c kin g STUPID. He should be Defrocted for being a discusting piece of human debris!

The problem with the church is that the foolish tradition of Priest Celibacy remains and should no longer. They should be free to marry and free to reproduce in the nature course of life.

Also because they are not permitted to do this, it attracts the Homo-sexual male. Think about it, they get to play dress up, they get to hold a position in authority and they have access to lots of little kids... (not to say that all homo-sexuals are child molesters, but some are)

anyway, I will be glad when we can let the Foley thing rest and I do not think that it is justified for Foley to scapegoat and point his finger at something that happened a way long time ago to his present and future consequences and problems. He should stand up and face the music, face the charges, and go along his way.

If he were so distraught about this priest or whatever messing around with him during his youth, he should have come out with it long before now!

I won't go as far as you, but the Foley scandal summarizes everything about the Republican Party in this administration. They ran on having strong family values and Christian morals. What have we seen so far? Lying about going to Iraq, cheating the public school students with proper education, stealing 300 Billion Dollars with this war in Iraq, hating gays but having plenty in their party, the Abramoff and Lay scandals, and telling people they are Un-American if they disagree with the Republican Party. What do they do when they are caught? They blame the Clinton administration, a priest, or alcoholism. Pathetic....

I know this post won't be popular, but I'll say it anyway.

The Congressional page that Foley sent sexual messages to was 16, and the age of consent in Washington D.C. is 16, so legally there is nothing wrong with what he did. He cannot legally be considered a pedophile, so I don't know why people are calling him that. If you don't like it, then the real emphasis here should not be on Foley. It should be on the age of consent in D.C. (and in most states).

These are your Liberal Democrat leaders. And you say Foley has problems. How can you explain this?
Top 10 Democratic Sex Scandals in Congress
10. Sen. Daniel Inouye. The 82-year-old Hawaii Democrat was accused in the 1990s by numerous women of sexual harassment. Democrats cast doubt on the allegations and the Senate Ethics Committee dropped its investigation.
9. Former Rep. Gus Savage. The Illinois Democrat was accused of fondling a Peace Corps volunteer in 1989 while on a trip to Africa. The House Ethics Committee decided against disciplinary action in 1990.
8. Rep. Barney Frank. The outspoken Massachusetts Democrat hired a male prostitute who ran a prostitution service from Frank’s residence in the 1980s. Only two Democrats in the House of Representatives voted to censure him in 1990.
7. Former Sen. Brock Adams. The late Washington Democrat was forced to stop campaigning after numerous accusations of drugging, assault and rape, the first surfacing in 1988.
6. Former Rep. Fred Richmond. This New York Democrat was arrested in 1978 for soliciting sex from a 16-year-old. He remained in Congress and won re-election—before eventually resigning in 1982 after pleading guilty to tax evasion and drug possession.
5. Former Rep. John Young. The late Texas Democrat increased the salary of a staffer after she gave in to his sexual advances. The congressman won re-election in 1976 but lost two years later.
4. Former Rep. Wayne Hays. The late Ohio Democrat hired an unqualified secretary reportedly for sexual acts. Although he resigned from Congress, the Democratic House leadership stalled in removing him from the Administration Committee in 1976.
3. Former Rep. Gerry Studds. He was censured for sexual relationship with underage male page in 1983. Massachusetts voters returned him to office for six more terms.Studds (Don't you find the name ironic?) had AIDS, though. Now the kid is infected, too. Amazing! Here's a few others I found out about.
2. Former Rep. Mel Reynolds. The Illinois Democrat was convicted of 12 counts of sexual assault with a 16-year-old. President Bill Clinton pardoned him before leaving office.
1. Sen. Teddy Kennedy. The liberal Massachusetts senator testified in defense of nephew accused of rape, invoking his family history to win over the jury in 1991.

What do you have to say about that? You will probably say nothing and fade away. Remember who these guys really are.

The wholesome, christian family value republicans have been protecting vile perverted paedophile homosexuals. and then lying about it and covering up and trying to blame everyone else.

Draw your own conclusions.
