Nancy Wilson is playing longer than Lita Ford so she wins by experience.

Both are very talented, but from a musician's standpoint Nancy Wilson of Heart would win. She seems to do more on acoustic/electric 6 string & 12 string as well as sing backup & sometimes lead at the same time. Playing classical licks as well as straight forward rock licks.
Lita Ford tends to play mostly 6 string electric & vocals in a rock style.
She's good, but Nancy has my vote!!

Although I like the song Battle of Evermore and can attest that its not easy to play, Nancy does a great job but i'm partial to Lita. Where's Doro? She rocks :) Lita will get my vote, I'm into her old school metal style.

I would say Nancy because she's more versitile with guitars than Lita.
