ignore "NT" it's just a specific name for that defensive tackle spot (infact I think they have it backwards though, the nose tackle is the other one)

anyway, just to clarify their abreviations
QB=quarterback
RB=runningback (aka: halfback...........even though they stand all the way back...don't ask)
FB=full back (again, halfway down...but don't ask)
LT=Left tackle (RT being right)
LG=left guard
C=center
TE=tight end
SE=set end (I think --a fancy name for the wide reciever (WR) on that side)
FL= flank (again, fancy name for WR standing at that spot)
DE=defensive end
DT=defensive tackle (NT being nose tackle, as specific spot name)
CB=cornerback
FS=free saftey
SS=strong safety
SL=strong side linebacker (strong side is the side the offense lines the TE up on---generally just OLB: outside linebacker)
ML=middle line backer (usually just MLB)
WL=weakside (side TE is not on) linebacker

SL,ML, and WL can also mean Sam, Mike, and Will Linebacker respectively (they use these one syllable names so they can say "mike blitz" in a play, rather than "middle linebacker blitz" ---it's just quicker)
