how do u delete your old account if you dont know the password?

my friend marty cant delet his account bc somone hacked into his account and changed his password

tell him to log in using his ID then click i forgot my password.it will ask you a secret question the one he answered when he signed up.they will then email you the password.

What he said, but most hackers change that too.. It happened to me.. ******* hackers.. I hate hackers..
