i have a digitized photo in size of:596 KB in bitmap type,how can I change it to a max : 62.5KB photo in JPEG?

right click on the thumb nail, hit edit when it opens
then click file, save as. pick how you want to save it

Open the photo then click file then save as, at the bottom of the window you can choose the type of file to save as, click jpeg then open the file in paint and use the stretch skew feature to re size it
