Every time you get money, put some in a jar and keep the other to spend. By time you should have a lot of money depending on how much you save and how often:-)

Whenever you go to buy something think of how many hours you need to work to pay for it. ( I have to work 50 hours to buy this dress) . Another way is divide the cost by how many times you will use it. (So if you are going to wear that dress 2 times it is not worth much money). Usually it is all the little purchases that eat your cash like magazines or coffee's.

I was always told spend less than you earn. Sounds easy, but it's not. Make a budget plan and follow it. Don't think you'll fix it later. Pay off your debt as soon as possible, but avoid it when you can.
