Bangladesh. Those poor people live in the biggest natural disaster hell-hole on Earth. They get flooded every year, which kills or displaces thousands. They are so overpopulated that as soon as the flood waters recede, thousands more move onto the same flood plain that just buried their countrymen.

As of 10 October, coastal Bangladesh was hit by a severe storm and tidal surge followed by three days of continuous heavy rain. This caused localized flooding and considerable hardship for the affected population. The same severe weather further worsened the water-logging situation in the southwest districts of Jessore, Satkhira and Khulna . Late September rain benefited Aman rice planting in Northwest Bangladesh . The precipitation forecast for the period of 4 October thru 10 October suggests light to moderate rain for most of the country.
