I think you're referring to 'old wives tales' and a link is given below to a website that should have them all listed. About half way down it says this:
"If your right eye twitches there will soon be a birth in the family."

no matter which eye jump and u not sure good or bad. U use yr finger den sweep in and out and say "hao de lai huai de qu" old people teach me tis way.

Mine does that every time I am tensed. You have too much on your mind or lots of work to do and not enough time.
It will be over as soon as you can relax a little bit.

in girls jumping of left eye is good but in boys it is bad.
