That the someone stole three times.
Have that someone stop doing that or seek help. Otherwise, one of these days that someone will get arrested and thrown in jail for stealing.

In texas if you are CONVICTED of 2 or more thefts if it is a misdemeanor it can be enhanced to a felony charge... this person really needs to attend, participate and complete an Anti-theft program and/or get some help for the underlying reason for his/her criminal behavior.

depends on what they stole, but 1 thing for sure;
people won't really trust that person fal a while, and it takes FOREVER for someone to forgive you and forget things like that...(not that i stole anything...)
