I think people who disagree with the socialist party r either rich, or already have an education. There r so many seniors who can not afford their drugs each month. Kids would be evaluated and placed in jobs of their aptitude. All people would have the same chance to excell in their career.
NO< I was 16 and married when my Dad died, If not married at the time, yea I could have went and got payed for going. I had a job for 2 bucks an hour and finished high school. My I q is about 140, but I never had a chance to go to college.
Before I got married I slept on the floor--no mattress--my room was rented out. The floor is an excellent place to sleep,.
I know I am smart, just could not afford college---my dream job would be of several-------algebra teacher/professor,geometry teacher/professor or forsenic crime lab research.
What is wrong with sending our best kids to college? republicans making enemies everyday.!
The p00r kids usually r the 1st to join the armed forces!!!! ????

There are some of their ideas I think are great! They are better than giving all our money to the wealth in Tax breaks or 2 Billion on a new sub, or 3/4 of a Trillion on a war over oil!
Hell, we even had to pay off Bush's debts, where they made money and we were scammed! Remember the 2.1 Trillion dollar bail out of the Savings and Loan! Guess whose whole family was involved in that, including Jeb! Guess who paid for it, we did! Guess who got the law passed, George H W Bush!
For those who were fortunate enough to make it, at still 80% of America lives 2 paychecks from poverty, they forget someone paid for it and it wasn't them! They can fool themselves all the want, They can re-victimize the victims all they want by labeling them or saying they have a character flaw! The really flawed are the rich! They don't care who they screw to get money, or how many get killed, or how much WE are going to have to pay!
Too many people equate a person who is a socialist with one that is communist! What really scares them is they might have to give some of the money back, or heaven forbid, pay for it!
I also believe in free enterprise, just not the way it is practiced today, that is socialism for the rich! If you don't believe me, go take a look at some of those no bid contracts worth MILLIONS every year! Let's keep that war going, the economy is getting better.
And one idiot said that it was worth 3 of our military dead a day to keep the money flowing!! Sick people!

Come on - you have had a bad deal. Of course some of the Socialist ideas are good. Who says that America isn't Socialist today ? There are so many programs in place that Americans from 100 years ago wouldn't recognize this country. You slept on the floor - I have slept on the ground. A floor would have been nice. I wept because I had no shoes, until I met a man who had no feet. Free public education did not even exist in many places in U.S. even in the latter part of the 19th century.

Life is a struggle, no doubt. Self-pity is of no avail.
Socialism is evil primarily because it encourages you to let
someone else be responsible for you. Then in the normal course
of life when bad things happen, you want someone to blame.
I know it is a cruel thing to say, but the seniors you speak of had
thier whole lives to prepare for retirement.
Having worked my whole life (age 14 to 40) without going to college, I still think that in this country how far you rise can only
be determined by YOU. After months of saving, I acquired the
needed books and fees to become Licensed in my field of work.
The money almost doubled overnight.
As for kids being arbitrarily placed in jobs that someone else
deems right for them, I am against it. What's next, choosing where they live, or who they marry ? Looking at Marxist/Leninist
countries around the world, the answer seems to be yes!
Sorry, no Socialist here.

You nailed it on the head, baddad. Socialism is mob tyranny, an ideology for those who are too ignorant, too lazy, too inept or too pathetic to survive in a free society. It's the philosophy of the weak, the brutish, and the ignorant -- fostering the idea that because you are too lazy or stupid to take care of yourself, you should be able to force other people to do it for you through a totalitarian government.
You have no right to a single dime that you do not own, no matter how much you think you "need" or "deserve" it.

Despite your supposed IQ, you need to read up on socialism....
AS 4 your hard life...get over it!! NO ONE is guaranteed a happy prosperous healthy life that has no obstacles or pain.
Poor kids actually have the best opportunity to get into college even with poor grades courtesy of government/private aid packages. Middle class kids get to sign loans that they will have to pay off.
---The ONLY THING preventing you from pursuing your dreams /goals/ is your self defeatist attitude. WHY waste your life wishing for something/or hoping that some one/or government package will provide for you when all you have to do is make a determined effort to work at achieving your goal.

Go there, read up. Hitler was a member of the Nazi or National Socialist party but it wasn't socialism. You can call the party whatever you damn well like, Hitler was very very right authoritarian. He used the Socialist party to get his own agenda through. Learn up about him!

Why would rich people want others to take their money away from them? What would be the point of getting rich or at least taking the risks necessary to become rich just to have your money taken away form you? That's why people look into going to Monaco and other tax shelter places. BTW Bill Gates didn't finish College. That is why you want socialism; because you cannot provide for yourself you want to be allowed to take from others. Better yet, you want others to take away from yet others and then turn around and give it to you.

yes you are right.after republics took power,, the gap between the haves and have nots widened. poor people in spite of having merit are deprived of good education.they can not compete with the rich in all fields as the poor lack equal opportunities and chances.guys like u are joining the forces for livelihood and being killed in the wars generated by republicans. no person who has sympathy toward the poor and marginalized sections disagree with socialism.
