my question from before do they have adultry in florida reson i ask edthe question is she took my daughter to another state and i havent seen my daughter in three months.

Adultry is adultry in all states. But not terms for divorce. Florida is a no fault state. But if you have been divorced and she took the child out of state with out your consent then you need to get a lawyer and get her back.

adultry is in florida, but only in marriage for divorce. taking a child to another state is not only illegal, but the fbi will get involved as its kidnapping and a major felony and federal offense.

yes there is adultery in florida. adultery is when a married persons has sex with someone outside of the marriage.
