as a guy i find it a constant frustration, especially when i'm trying to improve my conversation or concentrate on something, but chronic gutter humour confounds everything i try.
& sex only seems to frustrate it even more by bringing it to the fore... & what's this with all my rhyming?
anyway i'll stop now before i really start with my whining...

Some pyschologists say people do this for attention, but if it makes you happy - go for it. It is not really a problem unless you are doing this (verbally) at inappropriate times or if it makes others think that you are offering your "attentions" to them. If it makes you happy, it's not bad.
