doing and he's the one who screwed us up having an affair. What should I do to shut him up and now he has taken money from a joint account that neither of us are suppose to withdraw from except for daily living needs, I mean he took over $20,000 and is laughing about it.

A judge will not want to hear the story. He is going to tell you he cannot divide up what is already gone and believe me when I tell you he does not care.
Judges get sick of all the poor wounded spouse saga's in court.
If I were you, I would go get $20,000 bucks of my own.

call a lawyer or pull out so much that he can't get anymore.As far as him thinking he wasn't part of the problem,as frustrating as it is you got to let it go.You know the truth and so does God.It sucks, I know. my x has told so many lies about me that I think they are catching on.But I don't allow myself to worry about it.
