Assuming that the person is of only Chinese heritage, the person is Chinese, and thus considered Asian. If the person is biracial, then whichever features are most dominant will be what he or she is considered by society.

Honest. In Malaysia we saw many people who were
"black" but looked also "Chinese" --- And some of
