No! Don't do this by yourself. You could make it more painful. And you could release toxins or an infection that is currently surrounded by bone -- and that's dangerous.
Get a real bone doctor to do this or wait until you have the money for that. Often, to do it right, they need to take x-rays right in the middle of the procedure to see it's correct. You can't do that at home.

You don't rebreak it and splint it. You be intelligent and go see a doctor and let him make a rational decision. It may be too late to do anything, or they may be able to fix it, but either way is better than doing anything yourself.

Don't you dare do that yourself. You could make it worse and maybe even permanent! See a doctor so you can maybe use your insurance. If you do it yourself your insurance might not cover it because it will be self inflicted. Sometimes special exercises and occupational therapy helps. I saw arthritis do that to someone's fingers and it was recommended.

um see a doc asap; do not under any circumstance "rebreak and splint" at home as that is likely to cause more damage. also, it would hurt a hell lot.

Set the finger...tape popcicle sticks on top and bottom of finger, and on sides if needed. Then tape the whole hand...all fingers together...Let heal.

No way dude. You will only make it worse. And it will hurt like hell no matter what drugs you are on. See the doctor or leave it alone.

Do not do it yourself.
Leave it alone. You will only make it worse.
Please go to an orthopedic surgeon or hand surgeon for advice and treatment.
