Communicate the following to the designated staff
- Reasonable and agreed expectations (including result and time line)
- Responsibilities are clearly communicated
- Give the designee authority to do the job

Once the task is delegated, walk away. DO NOT micro-manage.

Delegate it evenly,specially to staffs that have lots of time to talk on telephone for personal business, or chit chat too much .

Of course you have to delegate it to the staffs that capable of doing it.

Besides, that what the best boss should do, delegate it instead of doing it themselves, that way they have time to manage.....

Is that way just need one manager for 10 employees?
