Yahoo Games (games.yahoo.com) has games you can play online and you don't have to download anything unless you want to.
Worldwinner.com also has games you can play online. You have to register, and although you can compete for money, there are also free games.

try the above link. It has old Nintendo games and a few old arcade games. If you like the original nintendo you'll have fun. You need the have the current version of the Java software and that's it, no game to download. Enjoy!
(After you choose a game, click on the words below the screen to make the screen of the game larger. The words are in French I think. )
