You should be scared. You need to wrap it up boy. That could be anything. You need to be very clean. Bathe, soak in a tub with salt, Epsom salts and let it clean you. Do this as often as you can until the bumps start to go way. Try some bacitracin or any antibiotic on them once daily then, if that doesn't help you need to see a Dr. Call the health Dept. and get in there.Have them test you for everything. Then you will have a Medical professional who can help you. They keep it confidential unless you have something catchy and they might tell you to tell any one you've had sex with that you have it. So, try what I said then be a man and get checked. Also, keep those hands clean. Wash before you pee if you are around a lot of germs and hands are very dirty. Then wash again after. OK? I'm not a doctor, but it may be genital warts. See a physician for a diagnosis and to get it treated! If it's warts, it's not life threatening, just uncomfortable and embarrassing, which isn't a good thing either, but you can't die from it.
