OH i hear you!! In my case, I go through interviews and even though I am great with people and have strong educational background, sometimes I feel it's kind of a matter of luck, being in the right place at the right time. But also, probably there is something left to be worked on. I am trying to figure out myself. Hope that helps, but you are not alone.

My first question to you would be: How do you dress when you go on an interview?
2. What kind of job are you looking for? (and yes, I meant to ask those in that order)
3. Are you on time? (for phone calls, interviews, etc.?)
4. Do you get along with other people?
5. By the way, what are your skills, talents, etc.???
To be motivated, in my opinion, do what you like to do. There is no happiness in a 9-5pm or a 1-10 am or 2-7 or whatever if you don't like what you're doing. Things may be crappy in the beginning, but that's where things are learned. Lots of people get education by doing, "others get them as graduation presents"..as quoted by Robin Williams.
Good luck to you.

You have to realize that the rejection is not generally a personal thing. Employers are looking for the best match for each job, there were better matches for yours. Think of it this way:
1) They are not wasting you time on a mismatch.
2) You need to re-evaluate your choice of potential employers. Are you aiming too high? DO you need more training/experience? Have you made a bad first impression?
Look at it as an opportunity to improve, not a failure.

Go get some lap dances, that should perk you right up.
Also, try getting some feedback from these rejecting employers. Try building rapport with some of them on your next interviews, call them back & if rejected try getting some honest candid feedabck so you can improve your game.

Maybe you need to get a expert opinion on what you are doing wrong.
