govt move of sealing appears to be biased and in favour of MALLS.while making any move one should remember that delhi is of delhite.gvt should let them utilize their land as they deem fit.and the govt should de centrlize its establishment to ease the problems faced by delhits.

what u mean by sealing, u mean stealing, Delhi police commissioner should be very strict about that problem.
