Well, that would be pretty difficult since the diesel fuel pump handle will not fit into the goose neck of your Toyota.

It depends on the year of your Toyota, if it's carb or fuel injected. If it is fuel injected and you manage somehow to get diesel in it, it will plug up your injectors. If you get it in and its carburated it will run, but will knock like a B#*ch. If you drive it very far it will pit the pistons and wreck the valves. So don't do it. If you want to play around add 2 ounces of acetone per 10 gallons of gas and watch your mileage increase.

diesel is mostly oil so if you pumped diesel into you your regular engine then you are going to have to drain your gas tank and flush your fuel line as well as clean your carburetor or fuel injection system.

i own a repair shop,and its not going to go far at all,i done a grand am that this happened to and i had to remove the tank,and clean everything on it out, and replace the fuel pump,including flush the entire fuel system out on it ,it took about 3 days to get it to start again,and cost around 500 to repair ,so you don't want to do this to one ,i hope you haven't done it,because it will stop running,good luck i hope this help,s

when you try to start your car, it would ruin the engine and hunny insurance wouldnt cover that, well it might depends.....anyway its not good
