I have never passed out and I'm sure the phobia has a name but I don't know it. I suffered from this for MANY years. I don't know how old you are but it seems when I was a kid in the 70's, every cheesy late night movie had a "midget" playing some whacked out bad guy. If I saw someone who fit this description I would turn around and almost run the other way even as an adult. Finally one day, I was at a bar with a friend and the seat next to me was empty. A guy sat down and asked a question, as we were talking I realized he was a "midget". Inside I freaked just a little but thankfully manners and common decency took over and he didn't know I was bothered. Turns out he was a really cool guy who showed me his custom Harley parked out front. Ever since that day I have been okay, people come in all shapes, sizes and colors. Anyway, I didn't want you to think you were the only one who has had this problem. Sorry I couldn't answer your question though. Good Luck.

lol...really

there is a website that suggests it is nanuphobia, meaning "fear of people of abnormally small size"

There is also "achondroplasiaphobia", which uses the medical term indicating abnormal development of bone and cartilage which ultimately restricts and limits size and growth.
