How do I upload MPG videos onto my Palm Clie?

My palm is a Clie SJ-22

SJ-22 is a sorry lowly OS 4 device, it can't play MPEG nor DivX straight unconverted from desktop PC (but Palm OS 5 and Windows Mobile can because they are both ARM type devices).

You have to look for Kinoma or TealMovie for any video possibility in such a backward device. The downloads of each describes how.
