I don't think that's illegal unless it involves a minor or prostitution. If it involves a minor, I'd contact your local police who will get you in touch with the right agency. If it's prostitution, I wouldn't worry about it, they'll just get diseases and suffer anyway. If it's just someone asking you for sex, that could be offensive, but not illegal. Post more info.

Sex solicitation on the internet! I've never heard such a thing!
The local police can route it to the right people, but I'm not sure it's even illegal if the recipient wasn't a minor, and known to be a minor to the one solicitiing.
