We need to make our voting processes more uniform and take the control of elections away from partisans who have stakes in the outcomes of elections.

Mandatory spaying and neutering of all pets except to licensed breeders.
Mandatory animal-care curriculum in public schools.
Low-cost spay/neuter clinics available in every county.
Low-cost vet clinics/immunizations available in every county.
Tuitition reimbursement/forgiveness of student loans for vets who choose to work at low-cost clinics in needed areas.

Prohibit gay marriage because it is against the Natural Law which do not allow union of the same sex.
