I just think it is nice to know what I am voting for.

Contact and ask one of the candidates running for office. If they do not know, I would start looking for someone else to vote for.

Read them. They were intended to prevent the federal government from interfering with the average person, so it stands to reason that they are easily understood by the average person. Odds are they say what you think they say the first time you read them.
